New Plan for Clontarf Baths:

The City Council has given planning permission for the restoration of the Clontarf Baths with modern facilities, and a restaurant/café (350.2sqm) open from 8am to 11.30pm. Parking is to be provided for 15 cars and 47 bicycles. The Bord has overturned permissions to develop this site in the past.
